We all experience Sacred Cycles in our life, regardless of having a monthly bleed. Creating a ritual to honor these cycles is a great way to get in touch with your body and the natural cycles that surround you throughout your whole life.

Earth-based religions have long used the power of a fire ritual to create a mighty energetic shift and clear space for a new season - whether that be internally clearing old patterns, or externally marking moments in the Wheel of the Year, known as the “fire festivals” (or cross-quarter days) of Imbolc, Beltane, Lammas and Samhain. You don’t have to wait for a cross-quarter day though to work with a fire ritual. If you’re in need of an energetic cleansing, a clearing out of the old and welcoming in the new, here are a few simple ways you can hold your own releasing ceremony at any time of year: 1. Gather your supplies Things you might want to have on hand for your ritual: A fire-proof bowl, indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit to center your ritual around. A lighter (Upgrade your ritual tools with this Ritual Lighter Case from Seed of Creation which is available in our Goddess Provisions Boutique!) Paper & pen, or physical items that are representative of what you are choosing to release (photos, old journals etc. Please be conscientious of what you choose to burn, taking care that it will not cause a negative reaction when placed in the fire. For example, metal items or anything that might combust!) Any other items that would help you to create a sacred space (candles, gem stones, music)  2. Set the space This can be as simple as placing your ritual objects with care in front of you and just getting quiet for a moment to mark the beginning of the ceremony, or it could be an elaborate process of decorating the space with candles, photos, music. Below are some ideas for helping to set your space. Pick and choose those that resonate with you, or come up with your own to help you to fully sink into the magic of the moment! Play some inspiring, empowering music. Light candles around the area where the actual fire will be lit. Place photos around your ritual space of deities who represent fire, letting go, and releasing blockages. Kali, Freyja, Pele, Brigid are all incredibly powerful goddess associated with the element of fire. Gather red, orange and yellow gem stones around your ritual space to help support the energy of fire. 3. Offer it up to the fire  While for some it can be incredibly freeing to burn old journals of your past self, or photos of a relationship that needs to finally be released, sometimes that may not feel like the right version of a fire ritual for you. Instead you might like to write down what you are letting go of on a simple piece of paper to throw into the fire. If you have the proper set-up and know-how to create a contained fire, get those flames going! Otherwise, bring your fire-proof bowl into your ritual space and one-by-one, light the piece(s) of paper that you have written on with your lighter and then drop the paper into the bowl to let the flames work their magic. 4. Connect to the flames and feel the release  Once your offerings (in the form of the physical items, or the pieces of paper) have caught fire, take time to sit quietly watching the flames as they do the work of destroying those things that were holding you back from the next form of your evolution. As you watch it all turn to ash, tap into the felt sense of what it will be like to no longer have those barriers preventing you from your growth. 5. Close your ritual When the fire has burned out, or you feel your ritual is complete, close your ritual with offering up a moment of gratitude for the things that you have released. They were part of your journey and helped you get to where you are now, and though they are no longer necessary, they served a purpose. Before leaving your ritual space, make sure that the fire is completely out. **************************************************** Any time you feel the tug of your old habits, relationships or the beliefs you released in your fire ritual, visualize the flames consuming them once again and continue to embody the feeling of freedom from removing those old blockages. Abundance actually means much more, but we often think of it as prosperity, which is defined as a successful, flourishing, or thriving condition. When abundance in all things is the focus of your manifestation practice, adding scent to your ritual will anchor your intention in new and beautiful ways.

Create your own solstice ritual to help keep your inner fire burning bright and remind you of your inner power during the coldest months of the year.

We often think of transformation as a single, explosive moment, the phoenix bursting into flames. But the true magic happens in the quiet, intentional "in-between." It’s found in the decision to clear away the ash of who you were so you can make room for the vibrant strength of who you are becoming. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, shifting seasons, or simply feeling the call to reclaim your inner fire, this ritual is an invitation to pause. It is a sacred reset designed to help you release old emotional weight and "birth" a new, grounded rhythm. By combining the power of scent, stone, and symbol, you are telling the universe and yourself that you are ready to rise. The Ritual: The Cleansing Smoke: Light a Fire of Transformation Incense Stick. As the scent of juniper and lemongrass fills the air, first draw the smoke toward yourself. Use your hands to "wash" your aura with the smoke, clearing any heavy energy from your field. Once you feel clear, pass your Fire Quartz Palm Stone and your Phoenix Necklace through the smoke. Visualize any lingering "old stories" being swept away, leaving your tools and your spirit ready to hold a new frequency. The Ignition of Intent: Hold your freshly cleansed Fire Quartz in your dominant hand. Close your eyes and feel its weight. This is your stone of ignition. Set a specific intention for this next chapter of your life. Visualize that intention sinking into the stone, grounding your new momentum. The Mist of Grace: Spray the Birthing Aura Spray in a circle above your head. As the crystal-infused mist settles around you, take a deep breath. Imagine your energy shifting out of the "struggle" and into a state of grace and clarity. Adorn the Rebirth: Pick up your Phoenix Necklace. Before putting it on, state one truth about your strength out loud. As you fasten the clasp, feel the weight of the pendant against your chest as a wearable reminder of the resilience you just claimed. Anchor the Altar (Optional): To truly hold the energy of this shift, place a Phoenix Egg Candle at the center of your space. Lighting this candle serves as the "flicker of life" for your ritual. It is a visual beacon that honors the sacred cycle of transformation and reminds you that even from the ashes, beauty is born. As you conclude this ritual, remember that the energy doesn't end when the incense stops burning. You carry this transformation with you. The Rise & Renew Ritual Bundle is designed to be your companion through every stage of this evolution. It provides the physical anchors needed to sustain your practice and honor your personal growth. To fully ground your sanctuary, add the Phoenix Egg Candle to your sacred space. While not part of the bundle, it serves as the ultimate focal point for this ritual, a visual beacon of resilience that reminds you that beauty is always born from the fire.

Lammas marks the first of the year's three harvest festivals, the point where the sun still burns strong but has quietly begun to loosen its grip on the year. Traditionally, it was a day of gathering the first grain, baking the first bread, and taking honest stock of what had actually grown from the intentions planted back in spring. It asks a gentler question than most sabbats: not what are you building, but what have you already been given. This ritual is built around a money bowl, one of the oldest and simplest forms of prosperity magic, updated here to hold the specific energy of the first harvest. What You'll Need A green or gold candle A small bowl for your altar Our Money Magick Ritual Kit, which includes the herbs and pyrite you'll use below Our Prosperity Anointing Oil A Citrine Tumbled Stone, for abundance Our Golden Ray Sun Spoon, for scooping the herbs into your bowl (a small detail, but a fitting one for a harvest ritual) A slip of paper and a pen Setting the Space Cleanse your altar and your materials however feels right to you, whether that's incense, sound, or simply your intention. Place your bowl at the center, with your candle just behind it. If you can, work near a window so the last of the summer sun can reach your space. The Gathering Using your Sun Spoon, scoop a small pinch of each herb from your Money Magick Ritual Kit into the bowl. As you do, think of this as your own act of harvesting, gathering the small pieces of effort and intention you've put in since spring. Add your pyrite to the bowl, and place your citrine beside it. The Naming On your slip of paper, write down one thing that has genuinely borne fruit for you this year. It doesn't need to be large. A habit you kept, a relationship that deepened, a fear you moved through. Fold the paper toward you three times, once to name it, once to honor it, once to let it grow, and tuck it beneath the bowl. The Anointing Anoint your candle with the Prosperity Anointing Oil, tracing it from the wick down to the base to draw abundance toward you. Light the candle and let it sit beside your bowl. The Reflection Sit with the flame for a few minutes. Ask yourself what you are ready to reap next, now that the hardest part, the planting, is already behind you. Let the candle burn down safely, or extinguish it with intention and return to the ritual over the following days. Reflection: What have you been given this year that you almost didn't notice? However you choose to celebrate the harvest this year, we hope it feels abundant. If you're looking to carry this energy further, our Manifesting Abundance Bundle is a beautiful next step, or explore Manifest Your Reality and Call In Abundance for more tools to support the season.
