How are your spiritual subscription boxes packaged?

Our boxes are shipped using beautiful kraft paper boxes made from 100% recycled materials and printed on with plant-based inks. We use crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items. For smaller items, we use recycled poly or padded mailers.

How long do shipments take to arrive?

We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. All box orders ship by the 20th of the current month — if you place your order after the 17th, it will ship by the 20th of the following month. We ship via USPS from Tempe, Arizona. Those of you in surrounding states should receive your shipment within a day or two. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one week for anywhere in the US.

My package says ‘delivered’ but I never got it

In the rare instance where you never received your package, you’ll have to submit a missing mail request with the USPS, followed by filing a claim and asking for a refund. Goddess Provisions cannot reship packages marked as ‘delivered’ as our agreement ends at shipping the package to you with tracking info. The USPS then enters an agreement with the customer to deliver the goods. Therefore, Goddess Provisions cannot submit info on the customer’s behalf. Please contact support if you need to change your address.

Can I add a gift note?

Unfortunately, we're not set up to accommodate the inclusions of gift notes.

Do you include a receipt in the box?

No, we don’t. So no worry about exposing the price if you’re sending a gift!

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes you can! Add items to your cart and then on checkout select the PayPal button under "Express checkout".

Can I pay via Klarna?

Yes you can! Add items to your cart and then on checkout select the Klarna button under "Checkout".

What currency do you charge in?

All prices are in USD.

How much is Canadian / International Shipping?

For subscription boxes, Canadian shipping is $15 per box and International shipping is $25 per box. For other orders, shipping costs may be calculated based on weight. US shipping is free on orders of $65 or more.

What is your refund / return policy?

We rarely have issues with our products or boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up. All of our products and box orders are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. Contact support with any questions within 7 days of receiving an order.
