• Most boxes ship between the 5th and the 10th each month. Some areas may take a bit longer to get to.
We're excited to offer Green Returns when possible, which reduces shipping and processing waste (and saves you a trip to the post office, too). With Green Returns, we’ll give you a store credit for any purchase within the past 60 days that you’re not satisfied. Just email at support@goddessprovisions.com.
To return items the following apply:
For apparel: items must be unworn with tags; refunds issued as store credit.
For body care products: Due to legal health and safety requirements these can't be returned or resold.

We process billing from the Netherlands (charges are in USD), so some banks flag it as international. Enabling international payments (or using PayPal) usually fixes it fast.
