Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Certain items (e.g., digital products, final-sale items, or opened personal care items) are non-returnable. These exclusions will always be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at support@goddessprovisions.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment only. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the refund to your account.
