Goddess Provisions offers a monthly subscription box and online boutique packed with tools like crystals, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, natural beauty products, jewelry, and ritual tools to help nurture the goddess within. We are a vegan and cruelty-free company.
We’re currently seeking to hire a Tech Manager who will be responsible for supporting all IT activities across the company, including eCommerce, subscriptions, and inventory, as well as team support. This position is a part-time, hourly role with approximately 5-10 hours per week, as needed.
This is a remote, freelance position available to qualified candidates with a reliable internet connection. Schedule is flexible, but some availability during U.S. time zones is preferred. The starting hourly rate is estimated to range from approximately $30-35 USD, but will ultimately depend on the level of experience and skillset of the selected candidate.

You must have at least one year of experience in each of the following areas:
- Shopify development, including apps, integrations, custom coding, theme management
- Web optimization, including SEO, bounce rate, UI/UX
- eCommerce shipping & logistics, including kitting, dunning, 3PL tech coordination
- Team tech support, including integrations, Zapier, API’s, email/SMS list building/segmentation, data management
Extra points if you have experience with:
- Mobile app development
- Spiritual practices and metaphysical tools like tarot/oracle cards, crystals, ritual kits, altar tools, and more in your personal or professional life
- Familiarity with Goddess Provisions and the spiritual community at large
