TikTok Shop Expert & Content Director

We’re expanding our creator universe and are looking for a TikTok Shop Expert & Content Director to join us at Goddess Provisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. TikTok Shop Management
    • Manage and optimise the Goddess Provisions TikTok Shop — product listings, promotions, catalogue updates, and analytics.
    • Develop strategies to increase conversions, AOV, and customer engagement through video content and creator programs.
    • Track TikTok Shop performance, trends, and algorithm shifts to recommend improvements.
    • Build a strong relationship with TikTok influencers and build the content army.
  2. Content Creation and Direction Organisation-Wide
    • Drive Goddess Provisions’ content strategy, including content creation and ad creation strategy organisation-wide.
  3. Influencer & Creator Program
    • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of creators aligned with spiritual and wellness aesthetics.
    • Provide creative briefs and ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging.
    • Coordinate product gifting, affiliate partnerships, and performance tracking.
  4. Brand Growth & Strategy
    • Monitor TikTok trends, audio, aesthetics, and cultural moments relevant to the Goddess Provisions audience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and creative team on campaign ideas, content calendars, and product launch promotions.
    • Support growth initiatives such as livestream events, UGC campaigns, creator challenges, and seasonal pushes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience growing TikTok accounts or TikTok Shops for brands or clients.
  • Strong understanding of ad copy.
  • Strong, proven experience as a content director.
  • Proven experience managing influencer partnerships or creator communities.
  • Understanding of UGC-style storytelling, TikTok trends, and social-first content strategy.
  • Knowledge of wellness, spirituality, ritual tools, or lifestyle branding is a big plus.
  • Strong creative eye and ability to ideate and execute quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and meet deadlines, but also work well with a team.

  • Be data-driven and decisive with decisions.
  • Must have excellent experience.
  • Must understand and be keen to use AI.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with spiritual, mystical, or witchy aesthetics and communities.
